This pivotal role focuses on our high-growth potential subscription accounts, ensuring a positive and enriching client experience. As a Client Success Advocate, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering engaging digital communications tailored to our client’s needs and preferences. Your primary goal will be to drive solution adoption, helping clients maximize our services’ value and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales leadership team to support the client’s success. You will utilize our FLEX subscription tools and processes to become the go-to subject matter expert in this area. Your expertise will enable you to guide clients through the nuances of our subscription services, providing them with the knowledge and support they need to succeed.

You will proactively identify opportunities for them to leverage our solutions, offering tailored recommendations and strategies to enhance their experience and drive their success.
